Obstruktive hypertrophische Kardiomyopathie
Definition Unter obstruktiver hypertrophischer Kardiomyopathie versteht man eine hypertrophische Kardiomyopathie, die eine ausreichende feste oder dynamische Verengung in einem oder beiden Ventrikeln aufweist, um einen signifikanten Druckgradienten zwischen der Ventrikelspitze und der Auslassklappe (Aorta oder Lungenklappe) zu erzeugen.
