Zentronukleäre Myopathie
Definition Die zentronukleäre Myopathie (CNM) ist eine vererbte neuromuskuläre Störung, die durch klinische Merkmale einer angeborenen Myopathie und zentral gelegene Kerne in der Muskelbiopsie gekennzeichnet ist. Sie umfasst die X-chromosomal gebundene Form, die autosomal-rezessive Form und die autosomal-dominante Form mit einem sehr variablem klinischen Erscheinungsbild.
