Idiopathic pulmonary haemosiderosis
Definition Idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis is a respiratory disease due to repeated episodes of diffuse alveolar haemorrhage without any underlying apparent cause, most often in children. Anaemia, cough, and pulmonary infiltrates on chest radiographs are found in majority of the patients.
