Definition
Ein Krankheitsbild der Prostata, das durch eine Veränderung oder Mutation des Zellwachstums oder durch Prostataepithelzellen verursacht wird, die sich schneller teilen als das normale Epithel. Dieses Krankheitsbild ist durch eine prämaligne Transformation und abnorme Entwicklung des Prostataepithelgewebes gekennzeichnet.
