Primär irritative Windeldermatitis
Definition Eine Form von irritativer Dermatitis, die am häufigsten bei Säuglingen beobachtet wird und auf den Bereich beschränkt ist, der mit einer Windel in Berührung kommt. Sie tritt am häufigsten als Reaktion auf längeren Kontakt mit Urin, Fäkalien oder Rückständen von Seife oder Waschmittel auf.
