Definition

A congenital cardiovascular malformation of a coronary artery. This includes absence of a coronary, anomalous origin or course, dilation or stenosis, and fistulas. Additional information: congenital anomalies of the coronary venous system should not be included here but rather under 'Congenital anomaly of mediastinal systemic vein'.
