Porokeratoses
Definition Porokeratoses result from a clonal disorder of keratinization. They are characterised by one or more atrophic patches surrounded by a clinically and histologically distinctive ridged hyperkeratotic border (cornoid lamella). Multiple clinical variants of porokeratosis are recognised.
